Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only when verified by our representative. We aim to provide same-day service, but it depends on technician availability and location.
A minimum visiting charge of ₹200–₹500 (depending on the appliance and location) is applicable for diagnosis. This charge will be adjusted in the total bill if the repair is performed. All charges are for labor only unless specified; spare parts will be charged extra.
We use only 100% genuine spare parts. We provide a limited warranty on specific spare parts and labor (usually 30 to 90 days), which will be mentioned on the final invoice. Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by any third party after our service.
Customers are requested to inspect the appliance and verify the repair before the technician leaves their premises. Any issues reported later regarding the same part will be covered under the warranty policy.
AppliancecareService is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
